Y finalmente cómo chalecito, me gusta cómo quedó, tenía un poco de miedo de que fuera muy pequeño al final porque hice una repetición menos de la que el patrón pide, pero creo que quedó bien, ni muy grande ni muy pequeño.

And finally like a shawl, I actually like how it looks, I was afraid it would be too small ( I did one repeat less that the pattern calls for) but I think it's fine not too large and not too small either

Y este es el inicio del citadino (ravelry), en ésta foto ya llevo casi una madeja completa, así que quién sabe de que tamaño vaya a quedar, pero hasta ahora me encanta cómo se ve la puntada en el estambre!!

And this is the start of the citadino, in this picture I almost have one ball knit so I don't know how large it's going to end but so far I love how the stitch look in this yarn!

Y sólo cómo reflexión final, necesito aprender a bloquear/hormar mejor el calado porque no estoy del todo satisfecha de cómo quedó sugerencias?

El otro día estaba leyendo este post de Yarn Harlot (soy fan), acerca de esto de los espacios negativos (así se traduce?) y la verdad es que me parece que tiene razón, lo más interesante de esto del calado son los 'hoyos' que va uno dejando entre lo tejido y qué cómo le cuestan a uno a veces, interesante no?... Bueno todo esto es para decir que al fin el kiri que tejí hace meses (desde marzo!) se está hormando (bloqueando?) justo en este momento y espero que esté seco para tomar un par de fotos mañana, éste es para una de mis tías aunque la motivación a pasó (era porque le diagnosticaron cáncer de mama) así que en una de esas y no sale ya de mi casa, veremos... Y he decidido que con el estambre que me mandó Paula voy a hacer otro chal, éste para mí y el modelo escogido es el City Shawl (ravelry), espero que como mi estambre es muucho más delgado que el que se pide el tamaño final sea más pequeño, ojalá!!

My kiri it's blocking!!, after months (it was finished since march!), hopefully will be dry tomorrow so I can take pictures :), this was for one of my aunts I want to give it to her because she was diagnosed with breast cancer, but I don't know if this late it will be a good idea to give it to her so.... My next shawl will be the City Shawl (ravelry) this time for myself, I'm hoping that because my yarn it's so much thinner that the one asked for the final size will be much more small, cross fingers!!

Primero, un par de revistas, una Katia de tejido (qué ya la hojeé y está padre), y uno de encaje, el cuál prometo un día de estos ponerme a ver cómo se hace, y un par de agujas de bamboo, las cuáles por cierto son de las que más me gustan, luego una bufandita que casualmente el otro día que vi el blog de Paula le comenté que me gustaba ja!, una bolsita (soy adicta a las bolsas, cómo supiste?) que será estrenada mañana mismo... 4 madejas de Granada morado (mi color favorito!!!) que tengo que pensar en que las voy a convertir, un hilo para encaje ( o al menos así lo veo yo, será víctima de mis lanzaderas cuándo me enfrente a ellas) y finalmente una pulserita (me encanta!), unos contadores de vueltas (excelente, freya se había comido un par últimamente) y unos protectores de agujas +un par de cuentas que se convertirán en stitch marker!!!

First of all a couple of magazines, a Katia and one of frivolité lace, a bamboo needles (which I love!), then a scarf that the other day saw in Paula's blog and told her that I really liked it jeje, a purse (I'm addict to purses, it's a sickness), 4 balls of purple Granada (my favorite color), a ball of cotton thread which I'm going to use for frivolité lace someday, a little bracelet (purple!) which I love, a couple of row markers (Freya ate a couple so it's perfect), a needle point protectors and a couple of beads which I'm turning in stitsh markers!!!

Qué coraje!!

Hoy me hablaron de estafeta, me dijeron que me vinieron a buscar el sábado y ayer para dejarme un paquete (no me dijeron de parte de quién, así que mi AS sigue siendo secreta...), pero no me encontraron, lo cuál es un poco absurdo porque el sábado no salí!!!!!

argh, bueno ahora tengo que ir a recogerlo mañana, por fortuna no es lejos de mi casa, pero no sé si me de tiempo regresando de cu, sino hasta el viernes!!!!!!!

Primero que nada, quiero darles gracias chicas!!! Gracias por sus comentarios y por la atención, sobre todo en esos días es bien importante!! Definitivamente tengo que ir a ver al médico, probablemente vaya la semana que entra, y es cierto aquello de que las pastillas ayudan a controlar los síntomas, yo las tomé algún tiempo y si cooperan, lo malo es que cuándo las dejé de tomar los dolores fueron peorsitos. 

Y para mi amiga secreta, hoy debería de andar llegando vuestro paquete, espero que te guste!!!

Les muestro lo que llevo del habitat, nunca había tejido cables en chart y bueno, se me está haciendo un poco complicado pero creo que en cuánto haga una clave de colores todo va a estar más sencillo.

Me equivoqué de estambre con los ballet socks, así que tengo tuve que deshacer el que ya había terminado, pero bueno, lo voy a repetir con algo más delgado, aquí está él (ravelry)

Hoy fui a mi primer clase de flamenco en algo así como 8 años (huuy!), me divertí bastante, lo malo es el horario de 7 a 8:30 am, ni en mis días de tomar laboratorio llegaba a esa hora (nunca me levantaba), pero bueno... mis piecitos me duelen (taconear en tacones, por redundante que suene, y yo me mantengo que los tacones de uso exclusivo de las mujeres fue idea de un misógino), y mis muslos tiemblan, mañana me van a pasar la factura!!!

Today I went to my first flamenco lesson in about 8 years, it was real fun, but my feet hurts (the heels are the invention of a misogynist, that is for sure!), an my thighs are trembling, the worst it's that the class is at 7 am, at college when I had lab at that hour I never was on time, so let's see if I can keep up with the rithm...

malditos sean los cólicos/ pms sucks

Ok, éste es sólo para sacarlo de mi sistema, ODIO los cólicos, odio que el paracetamol ya no me sirva para nada, ni esas pastillas especiales para el cólico de la farmacia, que quede claro tengo un umbral de dolor bastante alto, alguna vez anduve una semana con la clavícula rota (no se notaba) y fisuras de ligamentos cervicales antes de que me llevaran al doctor porque NO tenía síntomas de dolor ni físicos que señalaran algo grave... semanas intensas en el ballet que hacían que sangraran los pies... y lo que me hace llorar es éste maldito cólico!!!
Y sólo porque me siento así he decido comprar el patrón de habitat y sentarme a tejerlo mientras veo bridget jones, al diablo con la tesis, espero que al menos esto me haga sentirme un poquito mejor :)
Lo que necesitaría es que alguien me apapachara, otra cosa a la lista de porque quiero un novio...

Bueno, terminé el Koolhaas de mi primo, casi, casi termino el totoro, sólo falta coserlo... pero mi voluntad es casi nula y empecé dos proyectos nuevos y NO son la Hemlock Ring...
